Lauren LeBlanc is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and grief.
She is committed to creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and moving toward meaningful change. Lauren understands that beginning therapy can feel both vulnerable and hopeful, and she strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals through periods of transition, identity shifts, and the emotional complexities that arise within relationships and family systems, as well as those navigating caregiving roles and the unique challenges that come with supporting loved ones while maintaining a sense of self.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy and integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in processing experiences that feel stuck or unresolved. She works collaboratively with clients to explore the stories they carry, identify patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop a more compassionate and empowered sense of self. Drawing from her undergraduate background in nutrition, Lauren values a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the interconnected relationship between physical well-being, lifestyle, and emotional health. Her style is reflective, attuned, and engaged, with a focus on helping clients feel both supported and gently challenged as they move toward growth.
Lauren earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and continues to deepen her clinical work through advanced training in EMDR and integrative, trauma-informed approaches. Her commitment to ongoing learning ensures she brings both clinical knowledge and genuine curiosity into her work with clients.
Based in San Diego, Lauren enjoys spending time by the ocean, soaking in the sunshine, and finding moments of calm and reflection in nature. She loves spending time with her dog, Moon, who is often her companion on walks and a steady reminder of the importance of connection, presence, and rest.
Lauren's warm, collaborative approach creates a safe therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported as they explore their experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Her integrative and individualized care draws from Narrative Therapy and EMDR, combined with a holistic understanding of the connection between physical well-being and emotional health, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Lauren's particular passion for supporting clients through life transitions, identity shifts, and caregiving roles reflects her deep belief that therapy is a process of making sense of one's experiences and integrating them into a story that feels more coherent, compassionate, and true.
“I believe that therapy is a collaborative and evolving process, and I am dedicated to creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and move toward lasting and meaningful change."
