Raelara has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is certified in hypnotherapy, and has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her diverse clinical background allows her to draw from multiple therapeutic approaches to better understand each individual's unique experiences, emotional needs, and relationship patterns.
Throughout her career, Raelara has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health, and family services. Her experience includes supporting individuals and couples through relationship difficulties, working with families navigating complex dynamics, and providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents involved in the foster care system.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Raelara has five years of experience providing clinical supervision to students and pre-licensed therapists. As an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists and helping clinicians develop confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and grow into their professional identities.
Her supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and clinically focused, emphasizing thoughtful case conceptualization, skill development, ethical practice, and professional growth. Raelara earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is licensed in California, Nevada, and Hawaii and has held multiple clinical leadership positions, including Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor.
